What’s the best advice you’d give to someone younger than you?
Just look around,
Voices surround,
Putting themselves on a plinth
To tell you “you’re not worth an inch”
“Let me tell you how to live ,
And I’ll show you how to give “
“Your dole money”
“Will be fine honey”
“Believe in me and you’ll be fine”
“While I fine dine you have my permission to
whine”
I could go on and on but it’s not my style
Let’s forget all about this cynical bile,
I’ll tell you the truth about what is best,
To gaze at Nature and get plenty of rest.
