Cornwall Day Fourteen (Cribbs Caribbean Restaurant)

We ventured to Falmouth again and as it’s  a well known Arts University I was determined to find a decent but not too expensive eatery where we could enjoy a meal.

And so we found Cribbs after wandering up and down the High Street, which in truth had a variety of rather worn looking shops and eateries  which are probably heaving in the summer when the tourist industry is in full swing.

Cribbs serves Caribbean food and I had saltfishballs and a pea and rice dish which was amazing, perhaps it was the spices or a good quality brown rice but it was delicious.

The dog was let in ,only because they were very quiet and we vouched for him.He was very well behaved as usual but couldn’t have any titbits because everything was too spicy.

The traffic wasn’t too bad, but when we got back the interminable automated bird scarer was firing off and kept frightening the dog.He fell asleep on the caravan floor eventually and we had to lift him into bed when he was sound asleep.

Namaste and Thank you for reading.🙏
