Toast

I don’t have a pop up toaster.There is no room in the small kitchen,so if I want to make toast I use the grill on the cooker.

I am reliably informed. ,by someone who published a French bean recipe on the Internet that I do not “grill” my toast but ” broil” it.

Grilled heat comes from below and Broiled heat comes from above.

My cooker grill has heat coming from above…therefore I must “broil ” my toast.
