Ego

What could you let go of, for the sake of harmony?

Ego, put it to bed and smile and laugh at the goodness in the World. There is enough sadness without adding to it with utter selfishness.

Music expresses Life

What is your favorite genre of music?

All genres and all styles of music have a place in my heart.

There is no one genre that floats my boat.

Musicality is an art and the purveyors of it can touch your soul even with a set of spoons or drumsticks on a table. The humble penny whistle can be a delight to the ear when played with gusto.

The Holiday

Describe your most memorable vacation.

The Holiday that wasn’t defined by  any other’s definition of enjoyment and I could be myself.

Omniluscious

On what subject(s) are you an authority?

I started hear to omniblog

For the world to have more dialogue

I’ve made some noise and am omniloscious

Thank you for your time, for you are really

precious

Namaste and may your pearls of wisdom enlighten the many and confuse the few.

Romantic

What’s your definition of romantic?

My definition of romantic,

May seem, to some, pedantic,

Flowers and diamonds don’t do it for me,

I prefer a cosy sofa and  a cup of tea,

To talk  or be quiet and  an acceptance of fair

Ignoring both our  rather unkempt hair,

To smile at a shared  near  disaster,

That was fixed by a well applied sticky plaster,

To laugh at the smelly pompous neighbours,

Their behaviours  from,  please God save us,

We accept our faults for they are few,

One day our vows we must renew.

We might get around to that eventually,

And have a stonking,silly party

But then  again we were never that hot

And in truth  we  haven’t tied  the knot,

For that takes planning and a lot of  effort,

If you’re happy then just enjoy  your dessert

Let others dress up and parade in a square

For we have a love that is really quite rare .

Namaste and Thank You for reading

Well you are told worrying is bad for your health, but is it?

Perhaps I will worry about that.

Then again perhaps I won’t.

Why worry?

Forget their ego

What makes a teacher great?

A great teacher must forget their ego and concentrate solely on what makes their pupil succeed.

Funny, that really is a very hard task today as teachers are now rewarded for achieving targets set by unaccountable government bodies and to be promoted they must be effective business leaders who can talk the talk when it comes to profit and loss.

Surprisingly there are still great teachers around who achieve great things, however, there are just too many pupils who never come across a great teacher and therefore never get the chance to gain  the insight education can bring .

It is a great loss to society.

A New Brain

Have you ever had surgery? What for?

It’s not common knowledge ,but those of us in the elite classes can pay for a brain MOT and trade in our old brain every three years for a new model.

It’s preprogrammed so we don’t lose anything we’ve  learned, such as being mean, selfish and totally lacking in empathy and generally capable of cynical cruelty and disregard for humanity..

There is a disadvantage though, the surgery is high risk,so the disclaimer that you sign prevents any law suits and also, it’s a don’t ask policy when it comes to the source of your replacement brain.

The new brain cells bring a freshness of insight and a fresh thirst for innovation

Obviously any failures are covered up or better still not talked about at all.

I’m on my third one so far.

Too many to list!

What are your daily habits?

I suppose there are a lot of things that many of us have the privilege to do habitually. Some though there life is chaos and they  would be grateful for the chance to live a regular habit forming life.

My thoughts are with them.
