Any person who has to approach a strange house , needs to be protected from any animal that feels it is “guarding ” the house. Let’s face it cats can be pretty nasty , so let’s not blame everything on the dogs.
We should all do what we can to make everyone and every animal feel safe and yes it’s probably a good idea to have a sign so that the person approaching knows to be careful or at least give the householder time to make sure the “potential culprit” is somewhere it can’t cause any harm.
Whether we need a 15 word sign or an 11 word sign I’m not sure.
This sign could could cause confusion and actually looks quite unsightly on the front of the House.
