Carbisdale Castle has a clock tower that has three faces as a previous owner did not want to give her ex-relatives the time of day and hence left the fourth face facing the Estate of her former kin; blank. It was at the time known as the Castle of Spite.
In modern day, the spite continues as a Community Council dissolved itself rather than face the attendance of the self- styled Lady Carbisdale. The Community Council was subsequently reformed and Lady Carbisdale was not elected.
So Lady Carbisdale brought a Court Action against the Community Council that had in effect imploded itself and has won, I suppose , as the Judge ruled that the dissolution was malicious and was purely aimed at removing Lady Carbisdale from the Council, which surely goes against the grain of “Community”.
Still what a strange story, one that was perhaps contrived by someone who wants to keep a Media Profile.
