Seems scary that you can’t guarantee that someone who says they can take you on a plane and transport your cats and dogs or whatever may not be legal to do so. They may not have a licence to carry paying passengers, they may not have insurance or make your insurance invalid by not having the correct paperwork or following normal flight procedures.
In essence it seems it’s buyer beware.
