Working hard is not a bad thing as long as it doesn’t kill you.

It’s madness to be obsessed by work and it will lead to destruction for either yourself or others
Work can be enjoyable and the thrill of achieving a goal particularly as part of a team is a brilliant feeling and should be recognised a such.
To work hard is so much better than shirking hard. We are only as good as our slowest team member and if that person chooses to do anything but the task they are appointed, then the hard work will feel a waste of time for everyone and the results will be much harder won.

If you are a hard worker and prefer or need to work alone , then that is your prerogative, but most achievements need a team, and it’s fun. A lone wolf worker obsessing is a danger to everyone as they lose their perspective.
As the great CS Lewis once intimated to his step son when the young lad apologised for interrupting his writing.
” Interruptions are good, it’s the interruptions that make life”,
So working hard is good and necessary some time, but we should always be aware of those around us and their part in our hard work.
Namaste
Absolutely! Working hard is great as long as it doesn’t consume you. Teamwork adds joy and purpose, while lone obsession can be destructive. Balance is key, and like CS Lewis said, life’s interruptions are what truly matter. Work hard, but keep perspective and appreciate those around you!
